Food Safety Manager Class & Pencil Exam Information

• Class registration is non refundable.
• Changes to the class date purchased are not permitted.
• If seats are not available for the class you have chosen, you will be notified.
• You must call with name changes.
• Class arrival time is 9:45am.
• 4 Hour Instructional Class followed by a 2 hour pencil exam.
• Please bring a valid state or government issued photo ID it is required to take the exam.
